Changing Design Dimensions

There may come a time when you see a pattern you really like, but would like to change the finished size, making it smaller or larger. This is relatively easy to accomplish.

You could use a Stitch Converter from LoRan, which is a wheel with fabric gauges and inches listed. You simply turn the wheel to get the desired design size.

There are two online converters available from Kathy Dyer. The first is How Much Fabric. It includes the edge amount you desire in the final fabric dimensions. The second, What Size Project will calculate sizes for you in a gauge range on one page. Both converters have options for Aida or Linen, and both will give results in inches or centimetres.
